About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Studio / Design Intern to join our team full time for a 4–6 month internship starting in November / December 2026.

This is a hands-on internship offering insight into the different aspects of an independent fashion label, from early product development and prototyping to production preparation and daily studio operations.

The internship is intended for students completing a mandatory practical semester as part of their Fashion Design BA or MA programme and is therefore unpaid.

Your Responsibilities

• Product development from early stages to final product
• Production tasks (cutting, digital pattern preparation, technical drawings)
• Research and creative development of collaborations and special projects
• Organising and managing daily studio tasks
• Assisting with packing orders
• Preparation & support before, during, and after photo shoots

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Fashion Design BA or MA programme
• Completing a mandatory internship as part of your studies
• Good sewing and garment construction skills
• Practical experience in pattern making and garment development
• Good working knowledge of CLO3D
• Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
• An interest in being involved in every facet of a young, growing business
• Hands-on mentality, high motivation and a self-sufficient approach to work
• The ability or interest to work with delicate materials
• Excellent English skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with pattern grading
• Experience working with delicate fabrics and materials
• Experience with industrial sewing machines and production techniques
